I have talked in detail about month end closing in SAP and also about fiscal year closing. Schedule managed is a product by SAP which helps companies streamline their period end closing processes. In days when the SAP schedule manager was not available, documentation and procedure for period end closing would normally be available in lists outside of SAP R/3 system. Access and reconcilation of the entire process was cumbersome and difficult. With the new SAP schedule manager, the period end closing process can be made more streamlined. executing settlement of the closing process. This is done with the help of task lists in schedule manager.

4. Any changes made to the closing process can be seen immediately. Changes can be tracked using the monitor and worklist monitor.
