SAP SD Reports - Blocked Sales Orders V.14

In SAP SD, a report is available to view the Blocked Sales Orders. Sales orders are blocked in SAP in case, a delivery block indicator has been set. This report lists down all sales orders blocked for shipping with values derived from confirmed quantities of ordered items.

The Blocked Sales order report can be viewed through two ways in SAP:

Option 1: Menu Path

In the SAP Easy Access screen

choose SAP menu >> Information systems >> Logistics >> Sales and distribution >> SD Documents >> Orders >> Blocked orders

Option 2: Through Transaction Codes

In the Command filed enter T-code V.14

A delivery block indicator blocks the delivery of Sales Orders in the SAP Sales & Distribution. Reasons for blocking delivery can be -

- Customer Related
- Product Specific
- Document Related
- Transaction Relsted

Blocked sales orders are required to be released as soon as reasons for blocking are no longer valid. Blocked Sales Orders normally block the inventory and credits in the SAP system.
