Answer:

User exit is a point in an SAP program at which a customer's own program can be called. With the help of user exits, developers can access program components and data objects in the standard system. In SAP, there are two types of user exits. There are user exits that use customer enhancements that are called from the program and user exits that use tables, which are used and managed directly via customizing.
